Actively contribute to our pastoral care network and Iwi/whānau system. Work in a culturally responsive manner upholding Te Tiriti o Waitangi partnership, tikanga Māori, and bi-cultural practices. Current NZAC membership or eligibility (strongly preferred). NZ Teacher Registration (preferable, but not required). Strong relational skills, cross-cultural competence, and a commitment to learner agency and restorative practice.
