Teacher of Social Sciences

Start date: Term 1 2027. Aquinas College is a high-performing, co-educational, state-integrated Catholic College for Years 7 to 13, situated in Tauranga. We are seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative teacher of Social Sciences to join our supportive and well-resourced faculty. The successful applicant will deliver engaging learning programmes that encourage critical thinking, curiosity and an understanding of the world around us. We welcome applicants with strengths across the Social Sciences curriculum and a passion for supporting student achievement. We are looking for a teacher who builds strong relationships with students, works collaboratively with colleagues and contributes positively to the wider life of the College. Aquinas College is a member of the Tauranga Secondary Schools Science of Learning Cluster, and applicants must be committed to implementing evidence-informed High Impact Teaching Practices.
