Head of Health and Physical Education

Starting 28 January 2027. Mount Roskill Grammar School is looking for a head of department – health and physical education, to join our large and high performing health and physical education department. You will need to bring your passion and enthusiasm for leadership, teaching and learning. We are seeking a leader with strong knowledge of your curriculum area as well as experience in leading and implementing change. Experience with teaching to the North East and Restorative practice are valuable. The ability to work in a way that is reflective, supportive, collaborative, student centred, with a focus on Māori, Pasifika and MEAR (Middle Eastern, African and Refugee) achievement are important. Applicants should include a covering letter outlining relevant experience and a copy of their CV.
